Albert Serur

State General Agent

Albert Serur graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in business management with minors in both public relations and leadership. After graduating he started his career with American Income and had the privilege of being mentored by some of the best in the business. During his first four years with the company Mr. Serur successfully opened seven offices in four different states, and due to his explosive growth received a promotion to the state director position over the Massachusetts territory. He is currently the youngest state director internationally in the company. Mr. Serur completed his first year as a state director with 82% growth over Massachusetts 2015 numbers.

Avi Kauderer

Regional General Manager

I was working as a manager at a bar in West Virginia before starting my career with the Serur Agencies. My closest friend at the time was working with the company and invited me to apply and they shortly invited me to come in for an interview. When I landed the job I didn't realize how much my life was about to change. Coming to Boston and serving the members of American Income has been one of the greatest decisions I have made in my life. It has changed my life both financially and personally. It has been a pleasure helping union families and it has helped me achieve more than I ever thought possible.

Jake Yagjian

General Manager

Jake majored in economics while playing baseball all four years and serving as the team's captain his senior year at Wheaton College. Coming right out of college, he didn't have any professional experience in the workforce. With that in mind, he was looking for an opportunity that would allow for growth and quick career advancement based off of merit; not tenure. The work ethic he learned by playing sports, alongside his strong desire to help people allowed him to thrive in client services and leadership. His first promotion occurred within a month of starting with the company, and from there, skyrocketed to a GM position within a year. He's never more excited than when he's able to grant others the same opportunity he was given in 2008.

Jeff Hall

General Manager

After playing hockey at a collegiate level Jeff was looking for a position that was team oriented, competitive and a place where he could develop himself both personally and professionally. Jeff fell in love with our company and the career track because after learning about the promotional structure he knew that the work he put in would never go unnoticed. The most rewarding part of his career has been the ability to come to work everyday and know that he had the chance to make a difference in someones life whether it be a client or one of the representatives on his GM team.

Pete Gabranski


Peter was a Biology and Studio Art double major at Colby College. He started with The Serur Agencies in the summer of 2013 as a Benefits Representative. After spending time with our clients and seeing how much our products help our members, Peter fell in love with the demographic we serve and the positive impact he could have on the community. Although Peter had no prior experience in the financial services industry, through applying the same hard work and dedication he portrayed at Colby College he became a student of the industry and has excelled at every position he has been promoted to. Peter currently holds many production records within our agency and has been promoted three times since his hire date in 2013. He looks forward to managing his team in our soon to be opened South Boston location.

Chris Muraca


Chris was a business major who also played football at Worcester State College. After college he worked as an operations coordinator for a postal company however didn’t feel he was challenged enough within his career and felt like his competitive and driven personality wasn't being put to good use. After interviewing at Serur Agencies Chris was enticed with the opportunities for advancement and the family style atmosphere of the workplace. Through great achievements at both the Representative and Supervisory positions, Chris was already promoted twice within 14 months and is currently one of our top managers.
